We've partnered with a new distributor which should significantly increase our access to all things poker related. If you see a book or DVD title somewhere that we don't currently carry, please post here or PM/e-mail me and I should be able to add it to the store and Free Gift Offer in relatively short order.

It appears that our distributor is only listing them as a package at the moment, but that they do have them in stock. I'll get the details from them today and should be able to get them listed in the store some time tomorrow.
