Hi, I went online to Barnes & Noble, Borders etc. in my area requesting a copy of your book, but they sold out or never carried it (Borders). How should I go about buying a copy? I'm looking forward to hearing back soon and reading what I think will be very influential. Thanks.
We only got the book back from the printers at the end of last week, and so the high street retailers are not stocking it yet. As Hawk says, you can get a copy from the ITH store, and it is available for preorder at Amazon.com, and should be shipping within a few days.
