I'M NEW IN POKER AND JUST BOUGHT THE BOOK "ODDS AND PROBABILITIES" BY MATTHEW AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IN THE TABLES OF "STARTING HANDS" WHAT IT MEANS FOR EXEMPLE: RAISE 1 CALL 2, OR, RR 1 CALL 3?? THE NUMBER ARE THE NUMBER OF THE PLAYER ARE IN, IN THAT MOMENT OR ARE THE NUMBER OF TIMES THAT YOU HAVE TO RAISE???

I suggest you use lower case letters when you write. It helps a lot for reading.

RAISE 1 Means you raise if one player has already limped in the pot.

CALL 2 Means you call if 2 or more players have already limped in the pot. So if only 1 player called, you fold.

CALL 3 Means you call if 3 or more players have already limped in the pot. So if only 2 players called, you fold.

RR 1 Means that you ReRaise if there is one player in the pot and he has raised.

It's also important to note that the book is talking about limit poker and not No-limit poker (the charts aren't valid for NL).
