Hey guys,
I've been posting for about a month now and I figured it was rude of me not to have introduced myself so I thought I would.
I'm Jez from Solihull (near Birmingham) in England and I'm a 24yr old software developer.
I've been playing poker on and off for about 3years which generally involved putting about $40 onto a site, playing $5 s+g for a month then losing the bankroll and not playing for a couple of months. Recently I decided to start playing properly - bought some books (lots of books in fact!), read them all and started playing again. In the last 2months I've turned $40 into $1100 on pokerstars mainily through S&Gs but also with one 2nd place in the Sunday $16 - 360 player tournament. My aim is to make about $500 a month playing a mixture of S&Gs and MMTs.
I've really enjoyed starting posting here, both my hands and commenting on others. Its a great resource so thanks to all those who put the work into making it happen. I know first-hand just how hard work creating and maintaining a site with this much traffic can be!
