Im new since last month just never wrote a page in the forum. Just wanted to say hello. By the way who is our main person over this and what is their username
The site is run by Matthew Hilger, the author of Internet Texas Holdem and his username is mchilger. The two primary moderators of the forums themselves are myself and Taz115. Ciaran is in charge of most customer service stuff (free book offers, rakeback, etc).

I don't think PokerStars has a rakeback program. If you sign up through ITM, there is a nice free gift offer once your reach a certain amount of FPP's. I believe PokerStars offers various reload bonuses as well. Other than that, you can check out the bonus chasing forums for some good advice on where to start if you are looking for a site with rakeback.
