This is hand number 12 of a $55 heads up SnG. My opponent seems like a average HU player. He plays aggressive from the button, capable of making bluffs if I show weakness etc.
I generally don't like making reraises from the bb, since I'm building a big pot out of position. For example, if I reraise from bb with AJ and don't flop anything, I feel obligated to make a c-bet. If my opponent just calls, I'm pretty dead in the hand and will loose a big pot.
In this case though I had pockets tens, which I almost always reraises with. However, the above problem can still happen.
Full Tilt Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (2 handed)
Button (t1585)
Hero (t1415)
Preflop: Hero is BB with T[:], T[:].
Button raises to t90, Hero raises to t250, Button calls t160.
I think I made a too small reraise here. Perhaps would be better to make it 4x to 360? But as I said above, I'm not a fan of building very large pots preflop.
When I bet out the flop I decided to play it for all my money. I would happily play it all in against a flushdraw, and against a jack, well then it's gg.
What do you think? Any other lines that would be better? If I had made a larger preflop raise and got called, should I have played it the same post flop?
