Preflop is pretty standard.
Flop play was check and hope for a free card. My impression of villans lead me to think that if I c-bet I would be called down by a pair by at least one of them way to often. Since none of them bet I do not think anyone has a set here.
Turn...
I decided to put out a a 1/2 pot sized bet figuring that the villans being so loose-passive they would tell me their hand: they would call with a pair/FD/gutshot & raise with a made hand. Now villan has min-raised but I have great odds for a call and since he is min-betting here I imagine there's a good chance of a cheap river bet to.

The lower the buy-in the better your win rate. However, I think the game is much more difficult to play the lower down you go as you meet a wider variety of players that are hard to categorise.
Here I think I would be re-raising more pre-flop. The usual method is 3BB + 1 per limper which makes 6 but here Hero is out of position and so I would re-raise bigger. It also might be a table where people won't fold so often and it makes things easier to get it down to one or two opponents.
I like the check on the flop in this case as there are 3 opponents and at least one of them looks the kind that might call weakly.
I like the bet on the turn if the intention was to fold to a re-raise. This might be the best play. I would find it hard to fold to a mini-raise though and might decide to call just to see what happens on the river.
