At the river I thought Q high could be a good hand to give up on. Or should I play this hand differently?

5/10 Limit Holdem
5 players

Pre-flop: (1.4 SB, 5 players) Hero is SB Queen of Spades 7 of Spades
3 folds, Hero raises, BB calls

Flop: 6 of Diamonds 5 of Hearts 3 of Clubs (3.2 SB, 2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls

Turn: 3 of Hearts (2.6 BB, 2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls

River: 2 of Diamonds (4.6 BB, 2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero folds
