Mods, this can be deleted as I posted it in general as well (sorry...don't know how I got in MTT)
I've emailed their support, but I'm thinking I will get a quicker response here.
I want to make a withdrawl from Pokerstars. I would like an actually check since I don't have epassporte. My question is...when I get to the cash out screen it runs through all the verbage about it going back to the source in which you funded the account (which was neteller in my case). How do I make sure I can choose the check option? If I put in the amount I want and hit submit does it then give me a list of options?
I'm assuming it wouldn't/can't go back to neteller if I didn't have the option to select the 'method'...but how do I ensure I can get the 'method' to be a physical check?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

| You have to contact support and make them unlink your account from Neteller. They are used to it. |

Wow, they were much quicker than I expected....~45 minutes.
Since a check is the only current option for US Players (so said their email) it will automatically default to that option. It did, all my info was correct and I processed the cashout. 15 days for arrival. |

Just wanted to update this:
I requested my check on 2/9 and recieved it yesterday, 2/12. It was for 1k+ which is suppose to expedite the process, but it was still much quicker than I expected. I also expect no problems when depositing the check. |

According to their email to me it was not....but they were probably being account specific, and since I don't have Epassporte it was not an option for me.
I personally can't confirm or deny if Epassporte still works with Stars. |

I justwanted to thank you for this information as I have a check from Doyles room.I have been sitting on cuz I was not sure if the bank would cash a Canadian check for Us dollars? If anyone has had a simillar situation please let me know. Thanks  |

I had trouble when I got a check that was from a bank in Africa somewhere, but I have gotten checks from Canada from a few different gambling sites and had no trouble with any. They might put a longer than usual hold on it though, so get it in there now!

Do you by any chance know what site that was that sent u a check from africa? The reason I ask is after I cashed out from DR I switched to Ap and was curious what kind of check they send? Well thanks for the info. |

The place I got a check from Africa somwhere was one of the Cryptologic sites that banned US players late last year and then didn't even give us the chance to cash out to Neteller, I think Littlewoods.
