Fold this river?

Villain is 43/11/1, WTSD% 38 over 155 hands. UTG is 39/5/0.8.

I guess this is going to be quite read dependent on the river and whether or not my opponent will fire off with overs so I opted to pay off. If the pot was a bit smaller I can probably pitch my hand. Anyone find a fold here?

Postflop is fine IMO, the pot is too big to fold when he can still have many overcard hands.

But I would just fold here preflop. You have little chance to get this heads-up and A6o play quite bad multiway. I will definitely open-raise this, or maybe limp along on the button. But after a limper, you really have to tighten up with these bad Axo (and similar) hands.
