Villain is very passive with stats of 31/8/0.7

I think I should fold the turn here as I'm only really ahead of a flush draw. I think the fact that villain was short stacked made me want to see a showdown. Fold the turn?

Players who are almost all-in usually have a wide range. You still beat worse 6x hands, as well as A-high and underpairs. I might even try to stick it all in on the flop.
