It appears as though Florida is going to have higher fixed limits ($5) and no-limit tables. This is part of the bill:
"However, a cardroom operator may conduct games
of Texas Hold-em without a betting limit if the required
player buy-in is no more than $100."
Would the required buy in for a no-limit cash game be considered the minimum buy in? If so, would they be able to have higher max buy in games if the min buy in is less than $100?
