I am creating a new account at Full Tilt Poker, how do I sign-up?
To sign-up for a new rakeback account you must use the following banner link, and the ITH bonus code, which is ITHR. Once you have signed up, please send your account name and e-mail address to support@internettexasholdem.com and let us know that you are interested in rakeback at Full Tilt.



How much rakeback will I get?
The current rakeback percentage at Full Tilt Poker is 27%.

How is this 27% figure used to determine how much I am paid?
Full Tilt Poker tracks all the revenue you generate playing poker and provides that in a report to us. 27% of that amount is then credited back to you as rakeback. Please note, only poker revenue (tournament entry fees, and the rake revenue Full Tilts credits to your play in cash games) is eligible for rakeback, and that all revenue numbers are generated and tracked by Full Tilt Poker directly.

How does Full Tilt calculate the rake and revenue generated by my play?
For tournaments and SNGs the revenue generated is simply the entry fee. In cash games, the rake from a given hand is divided evenly amongst the players dealt cards in a hand. So, in a 5-handed game where $1 rake is taken from a pot, each player is credited with $0.20 of revenue.

Does Full Tilt Poker deduct bonuses from revenue generated?
Yes, Full Tilt deducts bonuses from your MGR. So, if you generate $100 in revenue and clear $10 in bonus, your rakeback is calculated on the $90 remaining. Also, Full Tilt deducts all other promotional costs from MGR, so the value of freeroll entries, purchases using Full Tilt points, and the costs associated with deposits/withdrawals (when those costs are paid by Full Tilt) are also deducted.

When/how will I get paid?
Rakeback is paid directly into your account by Full Tilt on the 15th of the month for the previous month's play. So, on March 15th, the first rakeback payments will be processed for all play from February 1st to February 28th.

I believe I have previously signed up with Full Tilt through ITH, am I eligible for this rakeback deal?
If you are in fact signed up through ITH you should be eligible for this deal. Please e-mail support@internettexasholdem.com with your account ID and e-mail information and we can verify that you are eligible and switch you to rakeback. Please note that it can take 1-2 weeks to process this switch, and you will not earn rakeback for play before the switch is complete.

I have an account at Full Tilt Poker that was not created through ITH, can I convert to rakeback with ITH?
No you cannot.

I've previously signed up at Full Tilt Poker through ITH and redeemed a Free GIft Offer, am I eligible for this rakeback deal?
No, the Free Gift Offer is a separate program, and you can only take advantage of one or the other. If you've mistakenly signed up for the Free Gift Offer program but not yet redeemed your gifts, we can convert you to the rakeback plan, though you will only receive rakeback for your play going forward from the date of conversion.

Can you verify that I am signed up correctly for rakeback before I start playing?
Once you've played in a tournament, or cash game, it takes 24-48 hours (depending on time of play) for your play to hit the reports. You can contact support@internettexasholdem.com once you've played and enough time has passed and we can confirm that you're correctly tracked at that point.

I signed up with Full Tilt Poker through an ITH link some time ago, can I get rakeback for my previous play?
No, you can only receive rakeback for play from the time your account is converted to rakeback.

Where can I see the details about my rakeback account?
At this time, we don't have any of the automated systems setup to check your account that you may have seen on other rakeback sites. You can always e-mail support@internettexasholdem.com if you'd like up-to-date information on your account. As the volume of players using rakeback increases, we will look at implementing these types of features.
