Everest Poker is offering ITHers a $100 flat rate bonus with a $50 follow-up once clearing the $100. It's non-US, however.
Players earn 1 Summit Point per $1 raked at a table they were dealt cards. Partial points for rakes less than $1.00 are awarded. For every 1 Summit Point earned you receive $0.07 of your bonus. As you leave the table, the bonus earned converts from pending to actual account.
