|
|
| Quote: | From now until 31 January, make your first deposit into Eurolinx Poker and get a 100% bonus up to $500! This bonus is earned while earning Linxpoints, which can be used for other bonuses. Stackable bonuses, anyone?
|
10X dealt raked, with min rake of $0.25. Eurolinx is on the Prima (microgaming) network. They do not normally offer a first deposit bonus, so now is the time to act!

Looks like we have until 31 March 2008 to clear the bonus, no matter when we deposit (before 31 Jan).

Bonuses cleared after midnight CET 31 March 2008 will not be disbursed. |

You only need 5K raked hands to clear the full $500. You'll easily clear it all.

Incorrect. Prima (microgaming) allows US players. There is an 11 state prohibition, though. Read about it here. |

| Perhaps this is commonplace - I don't know - but if you're a Brit you have to send copies of your card and some ID before they'll let you deposit, so don't leave it too close to the deadline. |

What are the best ways to deposit at Eurolinx? I could use my bank debit card (Visa), or my ePassporte card (as a Visa card). I am from the US.
Also, are there any rakeback deals for Eurolinx, other than using the Linxpoints?
Finally, is it possible to clear the entire $500 bonus playing .10/.20 NLHE and PLO? Or would I need to move up to .25/.50? |

I have tried to use my epassporte visa at other gambling sites that did not list epassporte as an option and it has never worked. I have been told by one CS that the visa (epassporte visa) was blocked for gambling sites.
I just loaded my usemywallet (QuickTender) account and I intend to use that at Eurolinx. I'll let you know how that goes.
ITH does not offer Eurolinx rakeback at this time. I use two reputable rakeback sites, and neither of them offers it either.
It is possible to clear at the limits you listed, but it would be slow. The rake needs to be at least $0.25 for the hand to count toward bonus clearing. At those limits I believe that means a pot of $4.

| It looks like they will continue to use a similar version of their linxpoints version for the foreseable future - they tweaked it a bit in January thru March, and maybe will change it a bit again then, but it seems they will probably continue well past March - it is a better deal than rakeback, especially when you add on anything gained thru the races they are currently running. |

Maybe this isn't the place to ask it, but what do you think of QuickTender? I have an account but haven't funded it yet (credit card only, right?). |

QuickTender is really just EcoCard. They closed their shop to US business right after the Neteller settlement, but soon opened QuickTender for service to the US. I used EcoCard quite a bit for sportsbooks and was enjoying it although it cost me $40 to load it via bankwire. I just funded QuickTender using MoneyGram as the fees were lowest. ($10).

Bull -
Why did you choose that particular deposit method as compared to the others offered? What are the advantages / disadvantages? |

Here were the advantages I saw for UseMyWallet (UMW) over the other US cashiering options (visa, PIC-Club, MoneyGram, Bankwire)
No fees (between UMW and Eurolinx)
Small load fee ($9.99 via MoneyGram to load UMW)
Provides a withdrawal option
Can be used at some other poker rooms
Can be used at some online sportsbooks and casinos |

So you loaded UMW via MoneyGram?
I asked Eurolinx to allow me to open a UMW account, and their CS told me that you have to load with some other method first, then you can withdraw to UMW.
Very frustrating.
Has anyone else had any luck funding their Eurolinx account? I want to start playing, but these Prima sites are sure tough to get money into. |
