Really, if you post something like this you should give a few more details. Lots of people here are using epasseport and have no big issues other than the slowness, fees, and lack of CS. lol
What exactly are we to beware that we don't already know?

I agree - Beware of what? If you lost money or had an account frozen, let's hear it -
The CS stinks right now because they are overwhelmed from the Neteller debacle. My issue with them is the "withdrawal limits" - $300/day - give me a break.
Otherwise, I have found them to be a fine substitute.
okay I was a little harsh and fresh out of a Paytru debacle(when they stopped issuing cards)
Anyway, I was able get funds on FTP using my normal visa but soon realized I could send money back...so it was epass or a check...so I open a epass account and then mistakenly think the visa physical card is worht the 35...well literally 10 minutes later i put a request to cancel that card and will just live with the Virtual account.
I get a ticket number and wait. 2 days later, nothing, so I call and the CS is HORRIBLE and told to wait 2 more days. I call again, and CS is worse and actually told me that I playing online is illegal. Besides that he told me that my request is with cooperate and that my chances are 50/50 (yes/no) and that it was possible that the card was printed and I will be denied.
Overall, I was just unpleased before the fees, rudeness, and lack of halfway decent CS.
