Mahdrek, that is a good question. The CD was produced before Party Gaming bought Empire Poker. It is a 20% bonus up to $100 (if you deposit $500). I suspect that you would still receive the deposit bonus from the CD but I am not sure.
However, you would be better to just lose the links from this site as you can receive the same 20% bonus and three free poker gifts using those links. Click on the Free Gifts icon at the top right of page and then follow the directions there - you may need to delete your cookies before using the Free Gift link to ensure that ITH gets credit for your signup so that we can honor the three free poker gifts.
I love the fact that you are so involved with your website, i purchased a self help book in the past that even advertised in bold on the back cover an "ask the Guru" section at his website, which when i did go to it explained he has become too busy lol
so believe me when i say i didnt expect the Guru himself on here to be answering my questions
i love your ITH book which i am reading right now and wish i would have checked out this site sooner.

FWIW, I've just confirmed that the bonus links on the CD for Empire are both still valid (the ones that take you directly to an Empire poker page in Internet Explorer to download the software). If those are what you used, you should be set, and there's no actual bonus code that needs to be entered in those cases when you deposit, the deposit bonus should just show up automatically.
