The actual example is Omaha Hi-Lo Jackpot for Quad Jacks or better beaten. How many BBs have to be in the Loser's Share to make all non-trip painted pairs playable. We will assume the Hand Winner's share to be half the Loser's Share.
Cappeletti says any low card from 4-8 makes pocket Kings, Queens or Jacks unplayable except in the blinds. KK32 would play, KKT9 and KK99 are borderline and might need a suit in early position. Many others would say that any KK9 shoukl be folded too.
