Hello,
I would like to develop a small hand grabber on pacifc poker. Any tips on how to get the data from these ? Are the typical soft are using an api or just grabbing data directly in memory ? Is there a list of ofset to read somewhere ?

There used to be a Handgrabber (probably still is) that was an extension of PokerTracker. I think it cost $5 or $10. I used it, probably about 2 years ago.
