It was brought to my attention that one person had some problems in purchasing a convention ticket, not getting a confirmation in a case where the purchase had, in fact, not gone through.
On the chance that anyone else might be facing a similar issue, everyone whose order is complete should have received an e-mail confirmation of the original order as well as a subsequent e-mail confirming the "shipment" of their order.
