Condensing poker monies

I didn't know where else to post this so here it goes. I have random amounts of cash floating around many different sites from deposits or bonuses or freerolls. I decided that I want to play only at partypoker. How would I go about getting all the cash to just partypoker? I deposited with a credit card or phone card but the card was declined on the cashout. I was wondering if there is a universal go between for online money and how would I use it?

Ya i've tried them but I cant seem to get them to accept my bank? am I doing something wrong or is there another alternative?

Which bank is it? No account number or anything, just what bank?

I would try calling Neteller Customer Service, also.
