For some time, I wanted to do an experiment playing lots of tables. I also want to get more experience playing full tables. After thinking about it for some time, I though it would be a good idea to make this into a Colombianitos quest (with Christmas coming and all). I don't know if this is the right forum for this but since this is the place where people come when they ask for money  , I figure this is the best place.
The quest is this: I will play exactly 10000 hands playing $0.25/$0.50 Limit Hold'em Full Ring playing 6 tables on PokerStars. I will donate all of my winning to the Colombianitos. Any loss I take is mine.
To generate some extra money for the Colombianitos, I thought it would be nice idea to organize a side bet where people can bet on what my winning rate will be after this 10000 hands. The person whose guess is the closest to my actual winning rate will win half the price pool, the other half will go to the Colombianitos.
So here's the deal: You can bet $5 on what will be my winning rate after these 10000 hands:
- Side bets need to be specified in this topic. Money can be send to Willem_D(Moordrecht) on PokerStars.
- No two people can specify the same winning rate. First come, first serve.
- Winning rates need to be specified in Big Bets won per 100 hands, with two decimals accuracy.
- If two people are equally close, the price is split. (So they both get a quarter of the price pool)
I will start this quest on 23 December and hope to finish it in two weeks or so. I will play 20 sessions of 500 hands and post the results in a new topic. All bets should be made before I post the results of my first session.

I'd second that... I'll even move it to the General Forum if yiu change it to 2 decimal places.
Current bettors could change their guess, and if they don't you can just assume 1.7 = 1.70 BB/100
I think a lot of ITHers would be willing to get behind this idea Willem. |
