$2/4 FRLH

Pre-flop: (7 players) Hero is UTG+1 with Ace of Diamonds Queen of Spades
UTG folds, Hero raises, 3 folds, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop: 5 of Clubs Ace of Hearts 9 of Diamonds (5SB, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

Turn: 5 of Spades (3.5BB, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

River: 6 of Spades (5.5BB, 2 players)
SB checks

Hero???

Do you bet at this river or check behind?

Betting...definitely betting. He's shown no interest at all in the hand and you're going to get called by a ton of worse aces.

And medium pocket pairs and nines and pretty much anything that called you for two streets previously, not really a drawing board.
