Hello,
1. I'm living in EU (Slovakia) and I am not sure if I have to pay taxes if I am playing in a online poker room licensed in EU (f.e Party).
2. I play in more poker rooms and use moneybookers to transfer money to my bank account. Is there any way for the tax inspection to know if the money was won on party or on other EU non-licensed casino?

Thanks for all your replies.
You would simplify things simply by opening a foreign bank account and using that to fund your poker account.
