I got a laugh a couple of days ago at Borders. The poker books shelves had a big display featuring the Little Green Book boxed set. Since Hilger is alphabetically near Gordon, I "accidentally" bumped a copy of THOAP in front of the stack.

glad to see THOAP at Borders's as I haven't seen it near where I live except in Barnes who ordered a slew of them (alhough I haven't checked for a few months). THOAP has done extremely well at Barnes as it is #7 poker book in overall sales (online and B&M) over the last six months.

I have not noticed any well known, good poker books in the bookstores in Edmonton. They stock plenty of PH 'Play Poker like the Pros' and Vorhaus 'Killer Poker' and other titles that I have never heard of but you don't find many 2+2 books or the like.
I suppose it is good for me that the useful info is off of the shelves but it must frustrating for authors.
