So another 47 $6 turbo SNG's played today, sadly only 4.5% ROI again, 38% ITM, 6 1st place finishes but worryingly, a massive 9 bubbles.
Thrice I pushed a reasonable SB shoving hand straight into a monster and couldn't suck out, once I lost a race with TT vs KQ, once I ended up in a 3 way all in pot my JJ vs 44 vs Q9 and the river brought a 4. Those 5 I am not so concerned about, but I wanted to post some of the other bubbles here and get some opinions.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $6.00+$0.50 Tournament, 100/200 Blinds (4 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
SB (t3060)
BB (t3880)
Hero (UTG) (t2220)
Button (t4340)
Hero's M: 7.40
Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7 , 7
Hero raises to t600, 1 fold, SB raises to t3060 (All-In), 1 fold, Hero calls t1620 (All-In)
Flop: (t4640) 5 , K , 4 (2 players, 2 all-in)
Turn: (t4640) Q (2 players, 2 all-in)
River: (t4640) 8 (2 players, 2 all-in)
Total pot: t4640
Is that standard? Should I have been shoving rather than 3x'ing? Can anyone find a fold here when the action comes back to me?
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $6.00+$0.50 Tournament, 75/150 Blinds (4 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
Hero (BB) (t1105)
UTG (t4895)
Button (t4790)
SB (t2710)
Hero's M: 4.91
Preflop: Hero is BB with 7 , Q
UTG calls t150, 1 fold, SB calls t75, Hero checks
Flop: (t450) 3 , Q , 3 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t955 (All-In), UTG calls t955, 1 fold
Turn: (t2360) 2 (2 players, 1 all-in)
River: (t2360) 8 (2 players, 1 all-in)
Total pot: t2360
Pretty sure This is standard, just wanted to make sure though. Should I have been shoving pre flop?
I'll put another bubble in a second thread, to try and avoid too much clutter in this one |

Open shove the first one if you're going to play it, no point in making them think they have FE. It's a fairly marginal shove, though.
You can shove the 2nd one over the complete against some players. Otherwise, looks standard, barring a read that SB is trappy. |

Yeah, I am playing it the same way as Ciaran is. If I am playing 77 from SB I am shoving or folding.
For the second hand, I would not shove preflop at all. Your play looks standard there. |

The stacks aren't ideal for it, but you have a lot of FE against a certain class of limpers here, and you won't be able to play your hand post-flop a lot of the time (when they lead like 100% of the time). |
