Those of you looking for good 6 max NL info need to look no further than the bonus chapter in Kill Everyone. Its only 25 pages, but Mark Vos really did a helluva job on it. Not to mention, there really isn't any other material on the market when it comes to 6 max NL other than the Krantz DVDs.
I haven't read the rest of Kill Everyone, but after reading some reviews of the book, I'm looking forward to it
Does anyone else have any opinions on Kill Everyone?

This is one of the books that has limited availability. From what I understand you cannot get it at a brick and mortar bookstore and the two big chains (Barnes And Noble along with Borders) don't even carry it online. As a consequence, I have not read it yet.
Even with the limited availability, the book is selling well and will be undergoing a revised printing. One thing they are going to do in the revision is to tie the chapter by Vos better in with the rest of the book.
This information comes from one of the authors whose name escapes me right now.
The limited availabilty appears to have been caused by their distributors screwing up.
However, according to Mason on 2+2 and one of the authors, Mason has stepped in and introduced them to the buyers at the bookstores, and so hopefully the book will be available in stores soon.
It is criminal that a book this good isnt readily available in stores.
