There is talk of bounty tournaments and also once the above tournaments have been ran for a few weeks they will run higher buyin tournaments - $340 and $500.
Blind levels for all tournaments are 15 minutes. Though I've heard they may be raising it to 20. Tournaments are limited to 160 players with usual turnout around 125 - 140.

Never heard about that game. Is this something recent that you heard about? At the racetrack, they'll spread 5/10 Omaha sometimes, but I don't know about NL 5/10. You might call and ask them if they would deal a 5/10 NL Omaha game if they got a lot of players that were interested.
In my three trips these were the games they had going:
Limit Hold'em
2/4 - My wonderful home right now
3/6
4/8
5/10 - Where I hope to be someday
NL Holdem
1/2
2/5
5/10
Omaha Limit
3/6
5/10
Seven Card Stud
I can't remember the stakes
Had a dealer tell the table that if you wanted to play with "gamblers" then 5/10 NL HE is where you could find them and if you wanted to find "real players" then 1/2 NL was where to sit. I think I gave him a look like he was from another planet. He said it so seriously I didn't know if he was being serious or joking.
In October, they are opening up the other games too, roulette, blackjack, craps, ect. They also say they would have some 3 card poker games too.
Players Club card nets you $1/hr played at the poker tables too. Heard a lot of people going on and on about how great that is.
