|
|
I am looking for something that will basically give me a PT-like breakdown of all my live play.
I have just been tracking it all on an Excel Spreadsheet, but I figure there is so much more I could do with it if I just plunked down for some good software.
I'm sort of intrigued by Poker Charts, because it's an online app, so I could use it from any computer. I'd also like something that I could input some online stuff (just overall wins and losses for a month, perhaps, that I get out of PT) to give me totals.
Thoughts? |

Just rediscovered StatKing, but that's like 8 years old.
Is it still the only thing on the market? Hard to believe that's the case.
Anyone out there still using it? |

Downloaded StatKing demo. Pretty ancient. No good for tourneys.
I find it incredible that there isn't more software out there, and if there is, they sure don't know how to market it. I'm googling like crazy and can't find squat. |

This is something I am very intrested in finding out about as well Fletch so thanks for making this post. I mostly play on Cake poker now and have not kept a good record of my game like I would like to. I also played some Live last weekend and plan on playing even more Live in the future. |

I tried out poker charts. It is OK, but really not what I'm looking for. You can't slice up the data as much as I'd like, and there is only one screen for showing stats.
I'm really starting to think the product I want doesn't exist.
One of the smart guys here ought to create something and get rich. |

Well, I just discovered all the cool stuff you can do with the Data tool in Excel. I had been just plugging in formulas to do stuff for me, which was a little time consuming.
guess I solved my problem.
I still think someone could develop some nice new software and make some money. Just a new updated version of StatKing. |

OK, here's an issue.
I use the sort tool to just pull out a bunch of sessions (say all $1-2 NL in 2006). Now I can just see the raw totals for those sessions by clicking on the top of the column and looking down at the bottom, but what if I want to perform other functions on just those sessions?
I can't seem to figure that out. If I use a formula, it still includes all the now-hidden sessions. |

OK, now I've discovered Pivot Tables.
I'm good to go. |
