Hi Everyone!

To date, I've made between 25 to 30k online...and I've made between 3k to 500 profit per month for the last 18 months online. Although I know work 50 hours a week as a security guard, I am finding it hard to motivate myself to play more than 10 hours per week. I like think I am a good poker player specializing in shorthanded limit play. Since I am naturally Ia very cheap person, I've been unsuccessful at building a bankroll for fear I would lose my roll or portion of it, if I moved up limits. Also, I have a hard time trusting Neteller with a large amount of money. Currently, I bankroll is approx 1600 USD online.

Any amount over 2k in Neteller makes me nervous. Anyone else experience this problem?

Unsuccessful playing 10 hours a week and making 25 to 30k. Sounds like I need to sign you as a coach. I only wish I could do so well. How about some pointers like what books you have read, limits you play, sites you are playing on. Seriously I sure would like to improve my game.

I found full ring to be a waste of time...

I play shorted handed 2/4 or 3/6 and sometimes go heads up.

You really need to watch the other players. I can pretty much read a player after 15 minutes of watching him play.

Also, I don't play for very long at tables I figure most ppl are good players.

I recommend stars, party and I found poker room to be excellent.

Stars had very few fish a yr ago, but lately, they have been growing alot...now over 100k players at peak hours.

Also, I play maybe 40 hrs a month and avg $500 a month, so per hour, it's still not that great. When I made 3k a month I was playing full time...

I don't have a problem leaving large sum in Neteller or PartyPoker or PokerStars.

Anywhere else I don't like it.

Why don't you just use a site, such as poker stars or party poker, as a holding place for your money? I wouldn't have any problem with such established sites holding my money. ..............nevermind.......fumseck just said this.

I am not sure what makes you nervous about Neteller....could you elaborate on this?

I actually prefer PokerStars because they state that they don't use the players money for operation expenses.

Wow ... I feel like this at the moment Shocked

Since starting up again in March .. ive showed profit every month ..

The last 3 months where 2.1k, 3.5k and 2.5k ... this month $59.49 Rolling Eyes Very Happy

Ive hardly played this month .. I dont know why !!!! .. I cant seem to sit down for longer than 30 mins without feeling the need to watch some tv or something.

Although ive not withdrawn a cent yet .. its all mainly in neteller and some dotted about in sites .

I feel de motivated .. but i have no real reason to feel like this ..

I wouldn't be concerned too much with Neteller. They're a publicly traded company and claim to have 3 million customers and 3,500 merchants.
