Anyone who has played with Cheung after 30 minutes ought to know that he is a gambler. Poor guy lays down kings and shows it!

I busted the guy who laid down Kings from the Limit event. He was a good limit player.

Seems like it was either going to look foolish (like it did) or brillant (cheung turns over AA).

This was pot-limit. It is very difficult to lay down kings ever, but against this particular opponent, I would say never, ever, ever, ever. He is a very loose tricky player and he was simply trying to isolate here. Unless he had a physical tell that went awry, I just don't understand it.

It sounds like he was trying to be too smart when he probably looked like a fool based on the image of the other player.

Poor guy. Sad

Maybe his ability to lay down kings will pay off for him someday.

The only time I have laid down kings is when it's very very very early in a tourney, level one or two, and I have a big stack. Say 3,000 and the blinds are 10/20 of a MTT. I make it 60 with KK, someone raises me to 180, I make it 500, and then they push without much deliberation.

4th bet almost always means aces.

If my pot odds are 3-1 or better, I'm calling regardless of reads. If it's late stages of a tourney I'm not releasing KK ever. 4th raise in a cash game, or 4th raise early in a MTT. That's the only time I'm releasing.
