Barnes and Noble has placed a large order and I suspect that the book ought to be in most of their stores nationwide within a couple of weeks. Amazon Canada and England both sold out of their first small shipments but more books ought to be on the way soon. Canada currently shows 4-6 weeks but it shouldn't take that long. Amazon US now has sufficient inventory and shouldn't sell out again.
