Such limit as i play at the moment (not a lot) is on Cake. You will often see a full 2/4 table but it's hit and miss. I have been pleasantly surprised by the software since i returned. Not one time out yet, but i still somehow suspect they're not far away. Play is still pretty fishy.
As hawk says, there is usually at least 1 table of 2/4 going on, but some days it can be totally empty in FR 1/2 2/4 up until about 8-9pm(GMT+1).
There are a couple of decent players at 1/2 & 2/4, but they are generally pretty poor. You will see a lot of similar faces every time you sit down, but that's not a bad thing since a lot of the regulars are pretty bad.
I've not had any problems with their software at all.
