Another spot to play passively?

Villain is 35/30/5.5, WTSD% of 37.

I'm making an effort to play more passively HU to induce from aggressive opponents. As I never 3 bet from the BB OOP I usually like to check raise favourable flops which this is, however I'm unlikely to fold much here.

Is this a decent spot to play passively instead of raising the flop?

I check-raise this flop every time, and call down every time. No other way to play this IMO, going passive with 2nd pair will cost you too much value.
