The Sox have a game with Detroit on Monday, which is presumably a make-up of a rain out from earlier in the season. They'll play that only if it has a potential effect on the outcome of the season.

Correct, in Chicago.
If the Sox/Twins are still tied after Monday, there's a one game playoff at Comiskey on Tuesday.
