Main villan is 6/3/3.2 over 400 hands, cold caller is pretty fishy

Didn't really think this hand all the way through before laying it down. But here was my thought process in 10 seconds...

I think since this guy basically sits around and waits for JJ+ AK that I have little fold equity, so if I 3bet him he's 4bet/pushing and i'm either dominated or flipping a coin so 3bettings out. Calling here doesn't have much value either as if i wiff i'm giving up on this pot and if I pair up i don't think he's stacking off without an overpair or AK. Forgot that I had suited AK so I didn't think about the flush possblity, so i flat folded.

It does look like villain is playing only big hands here and I suppose folding is a safe way to play.

I'm calling though for two main reasons: Firstly I can read the initial raisers range pretty well and so I am unlikely to get into trouble, and secondly I will be playing a pot also with a weak player involved who may call me down with weak holdings should it get heads-up.
