A high no good?

Villain is 69/13/1.6 over 168 hands and had been donking out at me frequently.

Despite how loose villain is and the fact he kept donking into me I think this particular river card may dictate that a fold would be best. I guess calling now may be beneficial for metagame reasons alone.

I play this passively as I don't think he folds a better hand in this spot and if he's donking air there's more value in inducing. Call or fold the river?
