I've been playing more of these 45 man sngs recently. I play a lot of 2 & 3 table sngs, but never liked the 5 table versions for some reason. Anyway, tonight I took down a $10 one for the first time for a $139 prize.

Here's the HH if anyone is interested.

Nice one maf - good work!

Just had a play of the HH - looks good. Nicely done on the final table. It wasn't looking good when your QQ got cracked by A6 to leave you with 4k and that spuds chap was on 32k at 300/600, but a deserved slice of luck with AT>AJ got you back in it. From there, I don't think there was any doubt... Smile

Just a quick mention about heads-up - there were a couple of times you open-folded Jx hands. Can't really complain at that but once he's let you complete and not raise in the big blind I don't think I'm folding any hands heads-up with post-flop position. Although I did see you raising 62o from the SB so maybe you were just mixing it up by giving a couple of walks?

Apart from that, you played a nicely solid game throughout. There were a couple of times earlier in the tourney where I thought you could get a bit more aggressive from late position and I would have raised a few more hands first-in than you did, but that's just me.

Also, there were a couple of AJ hands where I would also have raised - on the button after the cut-off open-limps, and that one where you were in the BB and you're against one limper. But again I think that's just a matter of style.

Well played mate!

Cheers

Thanx for posting and cograts. I haven't played sng for awhile but will certainly review your HH when comes time to get back into it. I am focused on limit right now but still have a bit of a passion for sng. Wink
