Thanks for the thread Chill.
2 big thumbs up for Bet Fred! Even though I lost money at the ring games (running bad) I just completed their sign up bonus and have to say their support is top notch! I even got my first withdrawl within 12 hours of requesting it.
The traffic is so so unless another skin is running a deposit bonus, but the games are realatively fishy. If you like tourneys they constantly run low limit GTD tournamnents. While the structure leaves something to be desired, the competition is very soft and therefore profitable.
I like Betfred, I just hope they get on the bonus bandwagon someday. |

I agree with everything ey215 has said about Betfred, the support was very quick and had a nice personal touch. Easy enough to find tables to bonus chase at peak times, but had to queue at off peak.
The personal hand statistic chart was very informative, percentage of flops seen, calls, raises, reraises etc. Excellent hand history referal which you can use to check back as many session hands as you like immediately while you are playing.
On the down side, very few freezeout tournaments. A ridiculously small players note box, you need to be able to write in code!
If you enjoy heads up play, there is plenty of action from $1 upwards, this seems to be a very busy area at Betfred. I made mistakes in this area a couple of times because of the scrolling effect, and played omaha or limit instead of NL. |

| I've recently had some contact with Betfred's as well and encountered some withdrawing difficulties - the live support was excellent and my problems were solved in minutes. Loved it! |

I'm glad BetFred now has it's own review section. I asked about one a while back after I finished the sign-up there.
BetFred is one of the most enjoyable sites I’ve ever played at. I found the graphics and sounds/music to be pretty cheesy but it can all be customized. The traffic is average if you play during peak hours. I think the low limit full ring tables are quite tight but the sort-handed tables had the usual make-up of donks playing.
The low buy-in tourny’s that are exclusive to BetFred (not merged with the other sites on the Ipoker network) are really soft. I made a few final tables.
And as everyone says, the Live Support was friendly and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. |

A top-notch site for low limit play (I have no NL or tourney experience here). A competitive sign-up bonus to be had. Customer support is second-to-none in my experience. I have found the low fixed-limit full-ring tables (.5/1 and 1/2) to be supremely profitable.
Lack of traffic has often been the only issue - there are rarely more than 2-3 full-ring tables at these limits, and sometimes nothing going on at all. You will do well to find much (any?) traffic for full-ring play at 2/4 or above here. SH traffic is much better. Ostensibly there is no Poker Tracker support here but it can be had with one or two minor limitations and work-arounds.
Heartily recommended for the .5/1 or 1/2er who wants a relatively long-term bonus project to work on. It's suggested you move quite quickly as word is they are to soon switch from a straight dealt raked bonus system to a points-based system; I would think this move unlikely to make the system more attractive for the low-limiters. |

| The .25/.50 NLH games are easy money. At no limit the rake starts at $1 pot so nearly every hand counts towards your bonus requirements. If you play no limit this is the way to clear the bonus quickly. |
