Doing well at UB, but I'm not very happy right now.
30 left in Stars Bahamas satellite. I lose JJ vs 33 against a maniac, all money went in preflop. I would have been 1st with 30 left and would have had 100K, the average chipstack when the seats are given out. Really sux.
So now off to win 46K at UB!

well, that was a mistake. I thought AC was all-in preflop. If I saw how many chips he had I would have folded. Then I get luck and flop 2 pair, get allin, only to lose. arg.

well, finished 32nd. I lost a huge hand which was both lucky and unlucky.
I raised 5-4s. SB reraises. I'm getting 2 to 1 and call. But I thought he was allin. Turns out he had a lot more behind him. Flop is Q54. He pushes for 50K more and I call. Turn is a Q and I lose to his AA. I would have been by far the chip leader, but still I made a bad mental mistake there.
Running really good in 2 tourneys and felt like I had great chance to final table both. very frustrating.

Gotta think if he's got "a lot more behind" then it couldn't be much of a mistake. You got it in good and got unlucky, sucks but there's always next Sunday  |
