Ok, inspired by This Post gonna put out a feeler on if there would be any interest in this.

Now, onto the plan:

Raise a $250 bankroll.

Start off by playing $25NL and try and double up to $50. Once done, move to NL $50 and proceed up the ladder until I double up at NL $1000. This would basically give me 10 tries to either come home with $2000 or $0. I think that due to the high nature of risk here, there has to be a slightly higher reward ratio for the backers. I'd be willing to do this as a 30% to me 70% to backers.

I would also be willing to do something similar on the limit side of things as well if you want me to go that route.

I voted "out of your mind," but only because I won't be staking (no funds to speak of online). 20 BBs seems kind of thin, even for a silly quest. Ten buy-ins isn't a terrible bankroll (not a great one either), so I would lean towards the NL quest. If you play full ring, and relatively TAGgy, you should be able to reduce your variance enough to get a real shot at completion.

Bon chance.

The NL quest is fun.

I've set out to do it before.. but the problem is that once the buyin size gets higher I wimp out. It's worth having a go at if you're comfortable playing with a 1k+ stack though.

I'll be in to do some staking so long as you're gonna be in irc so we can watch you play!

I hope to find that answer out , but I can't answer that now cuz I've never done it.

I'll be more than happy to be in IRC for this, but likely at times you aren't there.

I like the NL version better, and I'd definitely be up for a piece of it.

(For the record, I voted NL with $250 bankroll, but I think NL with $500 bankroll is just as good).

For added fun (and variance): The shortstack version!

Take your $25 to NL100 and move up with 25bb at the next level!
