This one is very style dependent. If you haven't seen Villee slowplay aces preflop before there's an inference that he is less likely to have AA because he might have raised with them if he did. If you haven't seen Villee re-pot with third nuts or worse, then there's a strong inference he has either AA, 345, or Kd and another diamond. If your table image is loose and pushy, folding to the flop reraise loses some luster, but I think I like it in the absence of a solid read. If Villee is reraising pot with third set, you will have other chances to bust him. In Omaha, second set is first loser.
Note that flop contains A2 - you are often playing for a half pot. If opponent makes a low, the only gain from betting is half of what was already in the pot, and the risk of being scooped is substantial.

Yikes, he DIDN'T have AA. Your reads were obviously correct. Everything I already said is true, but you were by far the stronger player here. Bad Bad beat, but his ridiculous overbet on the flop did give you a chance to get away from it. It would have been incorrect to do so against this fish.

That turn is very, very scary. Made wheel plus two flush draws. You really only want to bet if you think he will fold.
Similar to a rag nut straight made on the flop. It's obviously best now, but gets beat so often it may not be correct to protect your hand.

I might be able to fold the river. He's going to show you Aces full like 70% of the time. I like the turn bet, because it would fold some draws.

I don't like any of your bets. You should not raise the flop with only a set with flush draw out there. The same goes for the turn. Flush draws make it and will beat sets a majority of the time. On the river easy fold, omaha is all about the nuts hand of which that wasn't.
