As usual, I'm a little behind on this and we're still awaiting some final details from Stars, but Event #1 is ready for registration. You can find it in the Stars tournament lobby under Private tournaments, ITH 2007 League Event #1, tournament #42677973. This week's event is No-Limit Hold'em, $10+1. For this event's password you can PM me, and you can also sign-up for the 2007 League usergroup (link) to keep abreast of League news and to which I'll send another reminder tomorrow before the event.
Besides the standard payout structure for the tournament buy-ins, the winner of the tournament will also receive a an ITH Logo Jacket and there will be a bounty for knocking out yours truly (or a substitute if I can't make it) of a personalized (your forum or other name of your choice) ITH hat.
While the monthly and overall league prizes haven't yet been finalized, there will be a monthly overall winner with scoring based on place of finish at individual event final tables, and individual event winners will all compete for a final prize at 1 or more events at the conclusion of the season.
The league pages on the website will be updated later this week (hopefully) with more information and so that folks can track their progress as we go forward.

Tall Paul won. Who'd have thunk he would win. Simple strategy HU on his part. Patience, knowing I would eventually make a mistake. I am happy he had to wait quite a long time before I did trip up. |

| I missed the first one. I want to play the 2nd one, but all my money is on Click2Pay. Any quick suggestions on how I can get some money on stars in time enough for this coming Sunday, ie, if I deposited some money in a site that is C2P friendly and send it to one of yall, and whoever sends it to me on Stars. If anyone can help out, let me know. Thanks a bunch. |
