| Deposited $500 the other day into UB (they offer very good bonus) but after 20 minutes of play found the site practically unplayable... its hard to read the amount of chips each person has and generally is a clumsy interface. Anyway, I withdrew my money but am now being given grief by their customer support as they investigate why I deposited and then withdrew. I have already explained to them but its being referred on... I shall keep you updated |

I actually like the layout of UB better then anywhere else I've played. I've found table selection is quite important there as I've played at some extremely loose tables but also but find a pretty tough one quite regularly.
The nice thing about the bonus is no expiration but it pretty much ends there. Clearing them can take quite awhile.
I think their FPP program is ridiculous. It would help with the bonus also if it were better. You get .5 points when the rake hits $0.50 and you still get .5 points if the rake is $3. Also with their current promotion they will buy your points from you for 3 cents to 7.5 cents per point depending on how much you earn which tells me even their FPP store is out of whack by their standards. You get $10,000 cash for 2.5 million points but even at their low end of the current promotion they'd pay you $75,000 if you were able to accumulate that many. So according to them the 2.5 million points really should be worth somewhere from $75,000-$187,500 if you use what they're willing to pay so that's messed up if you ask me.
Also heads up the rake never exceeds $0.50 so for short handed players it may be better then the other sites, I'm not sure.
Overall I really like UB with the exception of their FPP which I find basically worthless. |

Many (including me) think it's arguably the best interface - their lobby is awful - others really don't like it, I think TanyaPEck once came out after first playing with similar thoughts to yourself.
For me it's a toss-up between FT/UB closely followed by Stars for the best GUI.
No-one else is even close. |

UB is one of my favorite sites - I find the software extremely fast and while I haven't had the time to play since their upgrade, their limit ring games are among the best around - always a good LAG player or 2 at the table.
I am glad they decided to stay in the US for now.

| I use their points for sng's. I'd use them for mtt's, if I had no bonuses to earn. Nice change from cash limit and I don't mind practicing sng's. |

| UB was the source of most of my early MTT and SNG experience. Great, easy to use software and lotsa soft players...plus ultimatebuddy is cool. |

I deposited $650 on Sunday for the maximum first time deposit bonus.I'm shocked at how long it looks like I'll be playing there to clear it all, playing limit hold em $2/$4.Have to say I like the interface though,2nd only to Pokerstars saloon theme graphics I reckon.
I was a little concerned to see on the deposit page a statement saying you will forfeit your bonus dollars if you don't play a significant amount of hands after clearing it all,has anyone ever had any trouble like this? |

I've never heard of the bonus problem, no...especially since it's constantly released into your account...not like they can take it back after you withdraw. |

I've been at UB for a couple of weeks now and have just come across a gripe:
there's a limit to the number of lines of notes you can take. I ran out of space in an hour keeping track of a very....erm....interesting player. You can write long lines but reading anything that is longer than the box is a pain. I think 7 lines was the limit. I'm less than impressed with this. |
