13 hours and PM still in outbox

I've been trying to send a PM and it's still in the outbox after 13 hours. My sentbox folder is 37% full. Sometimes they go through quickly but this is the third or fourth time it's taken 12+ hours. Is there a send button I'm not seeing or is this a normal timeframe for PMs?

I believe they stay in the outbox until the person reads them.
