Good site, excellent bonus with the RAF deal and 100% match, nice and easy bankroll builder. Bonus clears even at the microlimits.
Customer Service is also top notch, very friendly and helpful staff. Traffic good on weekends and early evening

Customer Service: 8 - got sorted ok but could have been slightly quicker
Software: 7 - nothing special but it does the job just fine

Additional Brief Comments: Very good $175 RAF/profile bonus going till July 2006, hopefully they will extend this, impossible to lose money on this bonus, played 2 tables 6 max at .10/.20 entering virtually every hand, completed very quickly, almost impossible to lose money with the bonus terms on offer. Recommended (does not allow US players through..)
