Mixed experience overall. CS response is relatively quick but don't always tell you what you wanted to know. iPoker software clunky and no (automatic) Poker Tracker. Opposition is relatively good. Plenty of bonus offered, but clearance is generally terrible at lower fixed limits - might be better higher and/or at NL. iPoker recently switched to "Party-like" rake structure at low limits (50c raked at $5) which means low-limit rake is pretty punishing.

Additional Brief Comments: CS is standard form letter saying it's been forwarded to relevant dept. Sometimes you hear back from them, sometimes not. Be persistant. Not open to making it PT compatible so after much pleading, I withdrew my br.

Additional Brief Comments:customer service is a nightmare, they denied me my "alternative signup bonus" from using neteller. Bonus is impossible to clear. CD poker told ITH I had not cleared my raked hands yet I had. Good luck with these ppl.

Additional Brief Comments: I give the software a 4 because of 2 major things.
1) It's not PT compatible
2) You cannot have a 4 color deck.
Note on first deposit.
If you do not make your first deposit immediately and wait a week or so, the PR manager will email you with an offer. I got 15$ cash + 80$ in regular bonus. It's not much, but free money is free money.
