This is a $500 entry deep stack. They will play another 4 hours tonight or so and then play the final table tomorrow. Yanks also played and busted. He called me with this update. I'm headed down there to check things out. GL Paul! Welcome to Las Vegas. Very Happy

UPDATE: Paul made the final table whcih begins at 4pm Pacific today, July 4th. He has a deep stack himself too. Time to take back some of the money from these upstart Americans on their Independence Day. Cool

Chris

Down to 4 tables. Bubble just burst. Paul has a healthy stack. He is getting tired. Geez, I wonder why. They will play for two more hours until 2am and adjourn for the night. I left after the bubble burst. Hope there is good news in the morning.

Chris

I just got back to my room from the Venetian. I'm heading back there tomorrow as one of the final 10 players with just over 1 million in chips (average stack is around 650k I think).

I ran pretty damn good all day, including an early double up when my top set faded an open ended straight draw. I also won more than one flip Shocked And even more shocking I had AK hold up against AQ and AT on two separate occasions. I even busted AA twice.

I've got $2.5k locked up already with a top prize of $63k to play for.

Time for some rest now, I'm knackered!
