I don't see a thread for this one, even though it's been out for a couple of months.
Negreanu's section is the real meat of the book, and it the best treatment of small-ball in print, IMHO.
The biggest problem with his examples is that he always assumes you are only facing one opponent. In deep stack, slow events, raising to anything less than 3BBs will often attract 3-4 callers, and Negreanu's not assuming that.
