Raise the flop every time. Call if he pushes. Push turn if he calls.

I actually prefer calling here vs someone who can be perceived as a huge nit over a small sample size. 3/3? wtf?

Reason for that is not only because he's a nit, but because ending up allin here with probably no folding equity is -EV because of the high rake at NL10.

If you end up allin at NL100 in a spot like this for 100BB's, the rake will be 3$ from the 200 pot, so pretty much neglectable. Yet here if you end up allin the rake will be $1 ($2 on some sites), which is far from neglectable, and a reason to avoid flips as much as possible.

Because of the huge rake here, and being vs a very tight range, I prefer to take the option to see the turn cheap.

3/3 after 36 hands doesn't mean he's a nit. Someone could be 20/10 with those kind of stats and just be getting crappy cards - or even 13/7 (more likely obv).
